Gyms and health clubs contain equipment and facilities for exercising and improving physical fitness, usually open to its members and guests or to the public for a fee. A gym or health club may also offer group exercise and aerobics, cardio equipment, weight equipment, locker room and shower, personal training, spa, swimming pool, basketball court, suana, steam room, whirlpool, tanning, and racqetball courts.
